Privacy Policy — The Honey Hive Project

This Privacy Policy explains how AuRoom (Aii) Innovation Incubator ("AuRoom", "we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards information you provide when you visit projecthoneyhive.one or reserve a Circle seat in The Honey Hive Project ("Project", "DAO").

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Contact details you submit — name, organization, email, message.
Payment details collected and processed by our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor (Stripe). AuRoom does not store card numbers.
Invoice records — amount, product, invoice number, timestamps, IP address at time of purchase.
Basic web analytics — pages viewed, referrer, device type. No cross-site tracking; no advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

Fulfill your Circle seat reservation and issue a PDF invoice.
Schedule your tier onboarding call and deliver campaign benefits.
Send transactional email (receipts, onboarding, DAO updates you opted into).
Comply with tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data under (a) performance of the sponsorship agreement you enter into, (b) legitimate interest in running the DAO and preventing fraud, and (c) your consent for optional marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Sharing

We share the minimum data needed with: Stripe (payments & invoicing), Resend (transactional email), Lovable Cloud / Cloudflare (hosting & storage), and professional advisors bound by confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep purchase and invoice records for 7 years to meet U.S. tax requirements. Contact-form messages are kept up to 24 months. You may request earlier deletion of non-financial records at any time.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data by emailing thinksabrina@honeyhive.live. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Payments are processed over TLS 1.2+. Card data never touches our servers. Backups are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

9. Children

The Project is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and, where required, notified by email.
