Refund Policy

We want every member of the Circle to feel genuinely good about their contribution. Your Circle seat is a trust treasury deposit — held with care, and refundable if the fit isn't right.

30-day full refund — no questions asked

You may request a full refund of your Circle seat contribution within 30 calendar days of the invoice date, for any reason. We will refund the entire amount you paid — AuRoom absorbs the payment processing fee.

How to request one

1. Email thinksabrina@honeyhive.live from the address on your invoice.
2. Include your invoice number (starts with HH-) and, if you wish, a note about what didn't work.
3. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and issue the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Refinement window

Rather than a refund, many members use the 30-day window to refine their tier — swap benefits, adjust the onboarding call scope, or upgrade / downgrade the seat. Just reply to your invoice email and we'll rework the package with you.

After 30 days

Once benefits (campaign placements, NFT mint, treasury seat activation) have begun to be delivered, contributions are non-refundable, but we will always work with you on a fair resolution if circumstances change materially. Reach out — we mean it.

Installment plans

If you paid via Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm, a full refund cancels the remaining installments and refunds any amount already collected. Provider-specific interest or fees, where applicable, are governed by that provider's terms.

Donations

Standalone donations to the Hive are refundable within 30 days on the same terms.
