Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made to The Honey Hive Project, operated by AuRoom LLC, operating as AuRoom (Aii) Innovation Incubator.

30-day full refund — no questions asked

Circle Seat payments, sponsorship contributions, and standalone donations are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method when requested within 30 calendar days of the payment date. No explanation is required. AuRoom will confirm the request within two business days and initiate the refund within five business days. After the 30-day period, payments are generally non-refundable, although AuRoom will work directly with contributors when exceptional circumstances arise.

2. Include your invoice, receipt, or contribution reference number.
3. No explanation is required.
