These terms govern your reservation of a Circle seat, sponsorship, or donation to The Honey Hive Project operated by AuRoom (Aii) Innovation Incubator (Dallas, Texas, USA).
A Circle seat is a sponsorship contribution to a DAO-governed initiative. It grants the named benefits for your tier (Bloom · Nectar · Keystone), including a soulbound membership NFT, campaign placements, and an onboarding call to tailor a bespoke partnership package. It is not a security, equity share, or a guarantee of financial return.
All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Every transaction produces a numbered PDF invoice emailed to you automatically and archived under your Stripe customer record. Accepted methods include Card (Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, PayPal, Venmo (via PayPal, U.S. mobile), Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, and installment options (Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm) subject to eligibility.
Installment plans through Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm are offered where the buyer and amount qualify. Approval, fees, and repayment schedules are determined by the installment provider, not by AuRoom. Your Circle seat benefits activate on the date of your first successful payment.
Your reservation is accepted when Stripe confirms the payment and we email your invoice. If a payment is declined or reversed, the reservation is not accepted and benefits do not activate.
Every Bloom, Nectar, and Keystone reservation includes a scheduled onboarding call within 14 days of purchase to review, tailor, and activate your tier benefits. If we cannot reach you within 60 days despite two documented attempts, benefits will still be delivered per the published tier list.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, exclusive of any applicable sales tax or VAT which will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.
